    How to calculate NDU aggregate score 2026

    Niger Delta University (NDU) uses only your JAMB and Post-UTME scores – no O'Level points are added. The formula is:

    1. JAMB contribution (50%) = JAMB score ÷ 8. Example: 240 ÷ 8 = 30.
    2. Post-UTME contribution (50%) = Post-UTME score ÷ 2. Example: 70 ÷ 2 = 35.
    3. Total aggregate = JAMB contribution + Post-UTME contribution = 30 + 35 = 65%.

    NDU departmental cut off mark varies by course. Competitive courses like Medicine, Engineering, Law require aggregates above 70%. Use this calculator to estimate your standing.

    Can I enter NDU with 170?

    The minimum JAMB score is usually 160, but competitive courses require much higher aggregates. 170 is eligible but may not be enough for competitive programmes.

    Does NDU use O'Level for aggregate?

    No. Only JAMB and Post-UTME are used. However, you must have the required O'Level credits for your course.
