NECO Scratch Card 2026: How to Buy Your Result Checker Token, Price and Full Guide
NECO Scratch Card 2026: What It Actually Is Now
If you have been searching for how to buy a "NECO scratch card," here is the most important thing to know upfront: the physical scratch card system has been completely retired. What replaced it is a digital token, which works exactly the same way in practice, just without the physical card you scratch to reveal a PIN.
Can I Buy a NECO Scratch Card?
Not in the traditional physical sense anymore. What you are actually looking for is the NECO result-checking token, a digital 12-digit code that serves the same purpose the old scratch card used to. Anyone still selling a genuine physical scratch card is likely working with outdated stock or terminology, so it's worth clarifying with any seller exactly what you are getting.
How Can I Get a NECO Scratch Card/Token?
You can get your neco scratch card here with Smartjamb Team.
How Much for a NECO Scratch Card?
Reported prices vary depending on where you buy from:
- Official NECO ** approximately N3,000 to N4,500**, including transaction and processing charges
Because prices can shift and vary by vendor, it's worth comparing a couple of trusted sources before paying, rather than assuming one fixed figure applies everywhere.
How Much Is the NECO Result Checker PIN?
The "PIN" and the "token" refer to the same thing under NECO's current system. As covered above, pricing generally falls in the N2,500 to N3,500 range depending on your source, with the official portal typically sitting at the higher end due to added processing charges.

How Do I Get a NECO PIN If I Don't Have Internet Access?
If you do not have internet access, you can still get a token through offline means, such as visiting a nearby cybercafé, computer village, or exam-materials vendor who sells these tokens in person. This route sometimes costs slightly more due to the vendor's added convenience fee, but it remains a legitimate option for candidates without personal internet access.
How Many Times Can I Use One Token?
A single NECO token can be used up to 5 times to check the same candidate's result. Once a token has been used five times, it becomes invalid, and a new token would be required for any further checks on that same result.
Can One Token Check Multiple People's Results?
No. Each token is tied to one specific candidate's registration number. A token purchased for one candidate cannot be used to check a different candidate's result, regardless of how many uses remain on it.
How Do I Avoid Being Scammed When Buying a Token?
Because tokens are a frequently targeted product for scammers, especially around result release periods you can get from this verified vendor
What Do I Do Once I Have My Token?
Once you have your token, you can proceed to check your result either online through the NECO result portal or via SMS, once results are officially released. Keep your token safe and avoid using up all five checks unnecessarily, in case you need to verify your result again later for admission purposes.
